4. biographical information on EACH PRINCIPAL
5. biographical information on EACH third-party to be utilized in the project
6. a DETAILED Exit Strategy
7. Copies of off take agreements (if available/if applicable)
8. LTV/LTC (Loan to Value or Loan to Cost) required
9. Amount of CASH project has ON HAND to further invest in the project
10. If you are a BORROWER please indicate the success fee you are willing to pay for the placement of your situation.
11. If you are a BORROWER please indicate if you have an outstanding Fee Protection Agreement(s) with any intermediary(ies).
12. If you are an INTERMEDIARY please indicate if you have a Fee Protection Agreement with your borrower, and, the level of compensation you have agreed upon.
