It is not wise to shop a project; that is, submit a project to multiple lenders at the same time.  In today’s economic environs, lenders do not wish to be pitted against one another in some type of “competition” to make a loan.  It won’t get you better terms!  It will get your turned down!  So, DON’T SHOP YOUR PROJECT.   Let a professional select the right lender for your project, then, submit all materials to same, and work through the process with that lender.
